Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• Cream:
• Sift: 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Add 1 unbeaten egg a 1 tsp. vanilla-blend well-add dry ingredients slowly. Shape into round balls, roll in sugar and place on ungreased sheet-bake for 8 min. Take out and press one candy kiss hard enough to crack cookie sides. Return to oven and bake 2 to 5 minutes longer until golden brown.

Oven temperature should be 375 degrees.
