Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 1 bunch Kale, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 6-7 Red Potatoes diced into bite size pieces
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese as a topping

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown and crumble sausage in a frying pan.
2. Add to your crock pot cooked sausage, diced potatoes, chopped onion, cut up kale, chicken broth and water. Add salt and pepper.
3. Cook on low for about 4-6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, add heavy whipping cream and stir well. Continue cooking for 30 minutes or more after adding the heavy cream.
Top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
