Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg (7oz.) flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (12oz) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Step 1

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.

2. Add the eggs and mix well. Spread into a greased 13x9" baking pan. Bake at 350F for 8 mins. Sprinkle the coconut over the crust, drizzle with the milk and bake for 20-25 mins longer or until lightly browned.

3. In a heavy saucepan or microwave, melt the chocoalte chips and peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Spread over the top and cool on a wire rack.
Cut into bars.
