Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 T minced ginger
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- flank steak
- scallion

Step 1
Saute garlic and ginger. Add soy sauce and sugar. Cook until syrupy. Let cool. Pour over steak.
