Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs (or egg whites)
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Halve the chicken breasts.

Lay out 3 breading plates.
One for eggs
One for flour, salt and pepper
One for mixture of bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese.

Dip the chicken in the flour mixture. Then, coat the the chicken breast with beaten eggs, and then dip into breading. Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
