Ingredients

1 envelope Beefy Onion Recipe and Soup Mix
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup ketchup, plus additional for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. In a large shallow baking dish, shape into a loaf.

Bake 45 minutes. Top with ketchup and bake an additional 15 minutes.
