Tawny Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cooked pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flour (recipe calls for 1 teaspoon) -- I use 1 tablespoon
- 2 eggs -- slightly beaten
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons water ( I omit)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- unbaked 9" pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, add evaporated milk, and vanilla.
Stir in pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices, and flour.
Blend well.
Pour into unbaked pie shelll.
Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, for 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
If desired, cut oak leaves and acorns from processed cheese.
