Homestyle Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1/2 c ketchup
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 lb package Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/4 c chopped onion
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c uncooked quick oats
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl; set aside.

Combing 1/3 cup ketchup mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Shape into loaf and place in large shallow baking dish.

Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven.

Pour remaining ketchup mixture over loaf. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
