Moroccan short ribs

Ingredients
- 1-2 lb beef short ribs (try to find another type of beef - maybe stewed beef)
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 T fresh ginger, grated
- 2 t cumin
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- black pepper
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c dried apricaots, halved
- couscous

Preparation
Step 1
1)Combine the garlic, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, and black pepper and rub on the meet.
2) Place in a crockpot or pan and poor the tomatoes and apricots over top.
3) Cover and cook for 7-8 hours low in crock pot or 5-6 hours on high if crockpot or 1.5 hours if oven at 350 degrees covered.
4) Serve with couscous.
