Roast Beef

Ingredients

• Roast, any cut and size
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Let roast sit at room temperature 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Salt and pepper roast. Place in oven. Bake one hour. Turn oven off. DO NOT OPEN DOOR.

One hour before serving, turn oven on again and cook 45 minutes (or monitor with thermometer). Let roast rest 15 min before carving.
