- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 cup pineapple sherbet or coconut sorbet
- 1/2 cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- Fresh pineapple spears (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
