Ingredients

  • 8 tomatoes
  • 2 medium onion
  • 5 jalapeno
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Add onions last.
Blend to desired consistency.
Pour into saucepan, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 30 minutes.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.

Make 2 pints.
