Ingredients
- 2/3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 egg
- Cook some ham, sausage and bacon
- scramble eggs
- Shredded cheese
- sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ham, sausage and bacon. Scramble some eggs and add the meat to the egg mixture.
Cook crepes.
When crepes are cooked put a line of the filling down the center of a crepe and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll the crepes and serve with sour cream
