Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

350 F Oven

Mix the crumbs, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a buttered 8" round layer pan.

Cream the cheese until smooth. Blend in sugar, add salt and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until knife come out clean like custard. Or you can microwave for 10 minutes.

Cool 15 minutes and tope with the sour cream, sugar and vanilla that has been mixed together. Bake this at 450 for 4 - 5 minutes or microwave 2-3 minutes.

Let cool and refridgerate.
