Strawberry Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• Strawberry glaze:
• 1 lb. cream cheese...room temperature
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 box Junket Danish Dessert (Strawberry or Raspberry)
• 1 lb. frozen strawberrier (whole and Drained)
• 1 1/2 cups of strawberry juice. If you can't get enough juice from defrosted berries and enough water over berries to make proper measurement.

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything in a bowl and beat until creamy. Pour onto graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minute
Cool and pour glaze over it.


Cook juice and dessert until it thickens. Stir continually. Remove from heat and add berries and pour over cheese cake
