Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter -- softened
  • 1 2-pound pkg confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese and butter in a large saucepan.

Stir over low heat until cheese is soft, butter is melted, and mixture is well combined.

Add the powdered sugar gradually and stir until well combined.

Add coloring and flavoring.

Roll into 1" balls, place on waxed paper and press with decorative stamp.
