Claudia's Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 8 oz whipping cream
• 1 large can evaporated milk
• 1 gallon whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar in mixer until foamy.

Stir in vanilla and cocoa.

Beat in cinnamon and orange juice.

Add evaporated milk and whipping cream.

Pour into freezer container.

Add milk until containter (1gallon) is 2/3 full.

Freeze according to freezer directions.
