Ingredients
- 6 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 6 Tbs. water
- 4 1/2 lbs. chicken, cooked/shredded
- 6 Tbs. oil
- 12 Tbs. parsley
- 6 C. carrots
- 6 C. green beans
- 4 1/2 C. onion chopped
- 36 C. chicken broth
- 42 oz. tortellini

Preparation
Step 1
Stir cornstarch and water in small dish till smooth, set aside. Cook veggies in oil in large stock pot till tender. Stir in chicken broth, bring to boil. Add tortellini and parsley. Cook till pasta is tender. Add chicken, stir in cornstarch mixture, cook and stir until boils and thickens.
