5 MINUTE FUDGE

Ingredients

• 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
• 1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows
• 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
• 1 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat to boiling and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly

Remove from heat, add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and raisins.

Stir for 2 minutes, until marshmallows melt.

Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
