Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mushroom -- sliced
- 1/4 cup onion -- diced
- 1/4 cup celery -- diced
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast halves -- shredded
- 4 ounces spaghetti -- cooked
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, brown chicken on both sides, remove to platter
Saute vegetables, about two minutes, remove to platter.
Make a white sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, and gradually adding milk.
When thickened, add sherry and a dash of nutmeg.
Add sauteed vegetables and chicken
as well as spaghetti.
Turn into buttered casserole and cook 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
