Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup Raw Spanish Peanuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda

Step 1
In a 1-1/2 quart casserole, stir together peanuts,sugar,syrup and salt.
Microwave for 8 minutes on high,stirring well after 4 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla,microwave 2 minutes longer on high. Add baking soda and quickly stir until it's well blended, mixture will be light and fluffy. Immediately pour onto a lightly greased baking sheet,spread out very thin. When cool, break into small pieces. Store in a air tight container.
