- 3 CUPS PEELED AND CUBED POTATOES
- 1 CUP WATER
- 1/2 CCUP SLICED CELERY
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 TEASPOON DRIED PARSLEY
- DASH PEPPER
- DASH SALT
- 1 CUBE CHICKEN BULLION
- 1 AND 1/2 CUPS MILK
- 2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
- 1/4 POUND CHUNKED VELVETA

Step 1
1. COMBINE POTATOES,WATER,CELERY, CARROTS, ONION, PARSLEY, SALT, PEPPER, AND CHICKEN BULLION IN POT.
2. COVER AND SIMMER 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
3.MAKE PASTE OF FLOUR AND A LITTLE MILK
4. ADD MILK TO VEGETABLES
5. ADD FLOUR PASTE TO MILK AND VEGETABLES STIR
6. COOK UNTIL THICKENED
7. ADD CHEESE HEAT UNTIL MELTED
8. STIR TO BLEN --DO NOT BOIL
