Whiskey Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• Mix well and add
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 ounces whiskey of choice
• 2 cups heated applesauce
• (beat 2 minutes)
• bake in bunt or tube pan-greased-very moist.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 50 min.
