Ingredients

  • 4 acorn squash -- cut into 1/2's, seed
  • 2 pkg frozen pearl onions -- thawed
  • 1 cream sauce
  • 1 Pinch each -- paprika, nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Place squash cut side down on baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.

Bake 40 minutes at 325, turn over and continue baking until done, about 25 minutes.

Make cream sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper, pinch of nutmeg.

Add onions and heat through. Pour over squash when done and sprinkle with paprika.
