Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie (Pampered Chef)

Ingredients

• 2 cups finely crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies - about 20 cookies
• 3 T. melted butter
• Mix together and bake at 350 for 10 minutes; freeze.
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup coarsely chopped creme filled sandwich cookies (about 10 cookies)
• 1 quart mint ice cream
• Spread as listed over crust.
• Top with 2 cups thawed whipped topping
• 1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
• 3 T. chopped cookies
• Sprinkle on top; Freeze
