Ingredients
- 1 large can Joan Arc red kidney beans (30 oz)
- 2 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes seasoned for chili.
- 1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes.
- 2 lbs ground sirloin (90 % lean)browned and drained.
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced.
- 2 to 3 tbs chili powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 14 0z can of chicken broth
- sour cream (optional)
- shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Step 1
Strain beans drain the water off . Put all ingredients in crock -pot slow cooker in the order listed and stir. cover and cook on low for 10-12hours or on high 5 - 6 hours. top with sour cream and cheese if desired.
