Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh Key Lime juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (9") graham cracker crust

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate the eggs. You'll be whipping the whites, so put them in a large enough bowl.
In a mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, condensed milk and lime juice. Stir until thoroughly combined. The acidity of the lime juice thickens the eggs into a custard.
Slowly add the sugar to the egg whites, and beat them until stiff, but not dry.
Spoon the custard evenly into the pie crust. Spoon the whipped egg whites on top of the custard, and distribute carefully over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the meringue is lightly browned.
Chill before serving.
