- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Step 1
Combine feta, lemon and pepper. Partially mash with fork. Add rest of ingredients.
Notes: Good as "salsa" or salad
