Ingredients
- 10 oz flour
- 4 oz butter
- 1 tlb sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tlb water
- 1 cup cubed peaches
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup cubed apricots
- 1 cup cherries
- 6 tlb sugar
- (May use other fruits)

Preparation
Step 1
With finger, work butter into flour till forms crumbly dough, add sugar, salt. Add water a little at a time, but dont knead too long, otherwise dough will be tough instead of flaky.
Form a ball with dough, wrap in floured napkin and let rest for 1/2 hour. Roll dough out to thickness of 1/8 and line a 9" buttered pie plate. Flute edges of sough.
Spoon in fruit (each fruit forming a wedge) place pie in hot oven 400 and bake 20-25 minutes. As soon as you remove pie from oven, sprinkle 6 tlb sugar over cooked fruit. Serve when cooled.
