Ingredients
- * Suggested Fruit:
- 1 pkg (3 oz) Jello Brand Gelatin, any flavor
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip Non-Fair Whipped Topping, thawed Fruit (optional)*
- 1 pkg graham cracker crust
- 1 cup whole raspberries, blueberries, diced orange sections, strawberries, or banana
- 1 can (8 3/4 oz) apricots, sliced peaches, or fruit cocktail, drained and diced
- 1 can (8 1/4 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice.
Using wire whisk, blend in Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping; then whip until smooth.
Fold in fruit. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours. Garnish, if desired.
