Ingredients
- CRUST
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup water plus 1tbl.
- 1/2 cup Crisco and 1/4 cup butter-mixed together
- FILLING
- 3 cups cooked ham diced (could use 1 extra cup)
- 1 pkg farmers cheese or basket
- 1 small pkg cream cheese
- 8 eggs (extra large)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 Muenster cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 3/4 cup or 1 cup table cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4-1 cup pepperoni

Step 1
Oven at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 for 60 minutes or more.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add Crisco and butter, cut into flour with 2 knives until well blended and size of peas. Make well in center – add beaten eggs and water, mix quickly together and work quickly.
DO NOT HANDLE DOUGH FOR LONG TIME – Just until blended.
Put dough on floured board and roll out more than half of dough for bottom crust, large enough to cover bottom and sides of 10 inch pie plate. Roll out top crust and set aside.
Now put filling in bottom crust. Wet edges of crust, place the top crust on filling, press and roll edges together. Curl up the extra pastry. Cut some splits on the top crust to let out steam. (Brush with slightly beaten egg with 1/2 tsp water) Put in heated oven at 450 - 10 minutes, then reduce 350 - 60 minutes or until cooked when knife comes out clean. Cool on rack.
FILLING
Beat eggs slightly with fork in bowl. Put farmers cheese and cream cheese into another bowl and mash with fork till well blended. Then add rest of ingredients and blend well. Then put into crust in pie plate.
