Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup pecans, crushed almost to a powder
- 1 teaspoons chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Pat your pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper
3. Place on a parchment-paper lined baking sheet.
4. Place maple syrup, chili powder, mustard and pecans in a small bowl and whisk together until combined.
5. Using a brush, spread the maple mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
6. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
7. Drizzle with pan juices
