  • 1/2 c warm water
  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 4 tbs oil
  • 2 c plain flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and knead until smooth. Rise in covered bowl for 1 1/2 hours.
Form into muffins or loaf.
Rise again for 1 hour.
Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes. Less time for rolls.
