Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 lb 80/20 Angus Beef

Preparation
Step 1
. You need to be sure to use a good ground beef and don’t go lean – 80/20 is what you’re looking for – you need the extra fat for a juicy burger. I wonder if Kuma’s would make these!?
Mix together:
Mix well and divide into 6 equal balls.
Make into patties.
You can cook these several ways: broiler, grill, oven or skillet. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve topped with Sun Dried Tomato Butter on bun.
