Ingredients
- 1 beef roast, medium sized, cheap roast
- 3 pork chops
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 1 bunch medium fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste, small
- 8 ounces Mushroom pieces
- 1/3 cup burgundy wine
- 3 T olive oil
- salt, pepper, basil, oregano, to taste

Directions
Sear meats in olive oil with salt and pepper, Remove meats and keep warm. Cook onion parsley and garlic until tender, add more oil if needed. Add tomato sauce, paste and spices, reserving 1/2 can sauce for the sauerkraut side dish. Bring to a boil. Add meats, making sure they are covered with sauce, cook over low heat 2 - 2 1/ hours covered. Uncover and cook 1 hour. Add mushrooms and wine. Cook 45 minutes uncovered. Serve over mostachiolli or rigatoni noodles.
