Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 6 tbsp margarine
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 2 large eggs
- 9 cups flour
- Filling
- 1 cup melted margarine, divided
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Scald milk.
Stir in margarine, sugar, and salt.
Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve sugar in lukewarm water.
Sprinkle yeast over top.
Let stand for 10 minutes, then stir.
In a large bowl, mix milk mixture and eggs. Stir in yeast mixture.
Add 4-5 cups of flour and beat well for 10 minutes.
With a wooden spoon mix in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in well greased bowl and turn to grease top.
Cover with a damp cloth and let rise until double in size, about one hour.
Punch down and turn out onto lightly floured surface.
Divide dough in half.
Roll each piece into rectangle 9" x 18"
Sprinkle with filling and roll.
Cut each into 2 inch slices.
Place remaining melted margarine in bottom of 16.5 x 11.5 x 2.5 inch pan.
Arrange slices in pan and cover loosely with greased wax paper.
Let rise until double in size, about 45 to 60 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately invert onto serving tray
