Ingredients

  • Butter

  • 2

    slices of bread

  • 2

    eggs

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

Preheat your frying pan over medium high heat. Cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. You can use a small juice glass, or a biscuit cutter or I just improvise with a knife :) Melt butter in the pan. Place bread slices and holes in the pan, and then crack an egg in the center hole of each slice. After the bread has browned, flip and cook until egg is cooked to your liking.
