Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp cinammon
- 6 cups peel and sliced peaches
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Toss fruit and lemon juice. Add dry ingredients. Dot with butter.
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes in unbaked pie shell (top and bottom)
