Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. (1 oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing mix
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a 10" saute pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add the onion, pepper and celery and saute until crosp-tender, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the cheese, Ranch mix, vinegar and sour cream to the vegetables in the bowl and stir to combine.
Transfer the dip to a baking dish. Bake until the dip is bubble and heated through, about 12-15 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
