Ingredients

  • 12-14

    marie biscuits

  • 2

    tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp coco powder

  • 1

    tbsp milk

  • Butter paper/foil as required

  • For filling:

  • 1/2

    cup desiccated coconut powder

  • 4-5

    drops vanilla essence

  • 1/4

    cup sugar

  • 1/4

    cup milk powder

  • 1/2

    tbsp milk

Directions

1. Make fine powder of marie biscuits, add powdered sugar, coco powder, mix well, slowly add milk & make a pliable dough like chapatti & keep it aside. 2. In another bowl add desiccated coconut powder, powdered sugar,vanilla essence & milk, mix well & form a sticky mixture. 3. Take butter paper or foil, take the biscuit dough & press it little, roll into a circle. 4. Spread the coconut mixture all over. 5. Start rolling & form a tight roll, now seal the ends. 6. Wrap it in butter paper or foil, set in fridge for 3-4 hours. 7. Take the roll, slice it carefully with a sharp knief. 8. Awesome chocolate roll are ready for Diwali.
