Ingredients
- Homemade graham cracker crust:
- 1 Graham cracker crust pie shell or homemade cracker crust (see recipe below)
- 1 – 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz. key lime juice
- 4 egg yolks
- Heavy cream sweetened with 4 Tbls. sifted powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla
- 9 graham crackers (2.25 x 4.75 in) = 1 pkg, crushed (regular, cinnamon or chocolate all work well)
- 2 Tbls sugar
- 5 Tbls butter, melted
- Mix crumbs, sugar and butter together until blended. Press into bottom and sides of pie plate.

Step 1
Beat condensed milk and egg yolks. Slowly add key lime juice. Pour into pie shell and bake for 12-15 mins. at 350F. Transfer pie to refrigerator to chill completely. Top with whipped cream.
