Ingredients
- 1 layer chopped bite size spinach
- 1 layer chopped freshly cooked bacon 7-8 slices
- 1 layer 3-4 hardcooked egg slices
- 1 layer bite sized iceberg lettuce
- 1 layer 1/2 pack petite frozen peas
- 1 layer sliced red onion
- one cup mayo
- one cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
mix sour cream and mayo, set aside
chop all ingredients and layer in a deep trifle dish and smooth the dressing over the top, add cheese, refrigerate 1 hour
