Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Best Foods mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and mash potatoes.

Stir in 1 cup cheese, mayo, sour cream, green onions and 2/3 bacon.

Divide into 8 individual ramkins. Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and remaining 1/3 bacon.

Bake until cheese is melted.
