Peanut Butter and Ice Cream Pie (Pampered Chef)

Ingredients

• 2 cups finely crushed creme-filled peanut butter sandwich cookies - about 16 cookies
• 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
• Mix together and bake for 10 minutes at 350! Freeze
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
• 1 cup coarsely chopped cream filled peanut butter sandwich cookies - about 8 cookies
• 1 quart strawberry ice cream
• Spread ice cream over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and cookies; top with strawberry ice cream.
• 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping.
• 3 T. chopped peanuts
• Spread half of whipped topping over ice cream; pipe the rest to make pretty, sprinkle with peanuts.
