Ingredients
- batter:
- 2 c. well drained whole kernal corn
- fritter batter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. melted shortening

Step 1
Make batter: beat eggs into small bowl and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Add milk. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add shortening. Beat until well blended.
Heat some oil up and drop corn mixture by spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook until brown on one side and then turn them over and cook until brow on other side.
