Ingredients
- Almond Butter: 1 tbs butter, softened with 2-3 drops almond extract and 1 tbs toasted, slivered almonds.
- Lemon Butter: 1 tbs butter, softened with 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp lemon rind, grated.
- Mustard - Dill Butter: 1 tbs butter, softened and 1/8 tsp dry mustard and 1/4 tsp dill weed.
- Olive Butter: 1 tbs butter, softened and 1 tbs chopped ripe olives.
- Oriental Butter: 1 tbs butter, softened and 1 tsp soy sauce.
- Seasoned Butter: 1 tbs butter, softened and 1/4 tsp seasoned salt and a dash of pepper.
- Cinnamon Butter: 1 tbs butter, softened and 1 tbs brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- Cilantro Butter: 1/3 c butter, 2 tbs fresh cilantro, sunflower seed, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp red pepper. Mix in food processor.
