Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup paprika
• 2 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2 1/2 salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp chile powder
• 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 Tbs onion powder
• 1 1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together and rub on meat. Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
