Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 c. graham wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. icing sugar
- 2 tbsp. custard powder
- dash of cream
- 2 sq. semi sweet chcolate
- 1 tsp. butter

Preparation
Step 1
In double boiler combine butter, sugar and cocoa. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla and beaten egg. Remove from heat. Add graham wafer crums. Mix well and press in 8 x 8 pan. Place in fridge to cool.
Mix butter, icing sugar, custard powder and cream. It should spread like icing. Spread on base.
Melt chocolate and butter and spread on the icing mixture.
Place in fridge for about 15 minutes and then score lines in the chocolate so that it is easier to cut when completely cold.
