  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 4 green onions, 1/4" dice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Step 1

Bring 1¾ cup water and quinoa to a boil. Cover and simmer on medium-low for 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
