Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cup graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- Filling
- 1 pkg cream cheese (8oz) room temperature
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp and 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries in heavy syrup (14 1/2 size can)

Step 1
Combine the graham crackers, sugar and softened butter. Pour into 7x11 inch pan and line bottom and sides. Meantime, in mixing bowl, combine filling ingredients and pour in lined pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
Then boil topping ingredient 5 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Pour over the filling and serve with whipped cream.
